FAQ

WHAT IF I NEED A REFUND?

If your student is unable to attend camp, parents will receive a refund minus the camp deposit. If your student attends any more than one day of camp, we will be unable to offer a refund.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE?

We never want price to be an impediment to your student. Scholarship applications can be found in the scholarships tab at the top of the page. All applications are due before the normal camp registration deadline. Once registration has ended, we will review all applications and will award scholarships as funds allow. Scholarships will be awarded on a case-by-case basis.

WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

With the size of our camps, we will be unalbe to provide for the dietary needs of all involved. If your student has restrictions that may inhibit them from enjoying meals or snacks, you are advised to send them with snacks and/or meals that will better accommodate their needs.

DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF GABC TO ATTEND YOUR MUSIC CAMPS?

Not at all. Our camps are available to anyone regardless of church affiliation.

DO YOU PROVIDE INSTRUMENTS

We do not provide instruments for our camp. If your student rents a school instrument, contact your band director to see if they will rent it to you for the week. The only exception is percussionists, we will provide instruments and percussionists will bring their own mallets/sticks.
